of activity and the Loures Municipal Museums Network which has become
a special dialogue hub with the diverse ethnic communities living in

The non-profit ORWOhaus e.V. Organisation provides app. 4000
sqare meters for joung musicians to practice their music and instruments
in rented rooms around the clock. The ORWOhaus also offers rooms for
music services and realises events and clubtours with the hosted musicians
and serveral artists. They are interessted in projects in that case,
to keep that Musicfactory alive and to spread the idea about providing
non-profit support for musicians and being an alternative to the big
music companys.

Pont Muhely is a Budapest-based theater company. Since 1992 Pont Muhely
has been a typically crossover drama-theater featuring live music. The
company wants to reflect upon the times we are living: they stage many
Zeitstück plays and frequently adapt classics to contemporary modes

The project is related to bathing culture. GAIA34 Project 5 will support
the director of a documentary movie about Turkish Baths and the bathing
culture around Europe. This 2 hours documentary movie will be shot in
Istanbul, Bursa, Ankara, Erzurum, Tokat, Konya, Gaziantep, Austria,
Greece, Italy, Chech Republic, Germany and several locations at Balkans
in 2007. THE ART WATER: TURKISH BATH (HAMAM) will be sent to film festivals
around the world and will also be aired on TV.

BT Musichouse is a private music school providing training in music
appreciation, instruments and drama. GAIA34 Project 3 Music Dramas for
Kids supports their project for producing music dramas for training
kids and families in main musical ganres, figures and artists. They
plan a proyect for culture 2000 and during the course of the project,
every year a play will be produced around a musical ganre, figure or
artist. Production will host artists from different EU countries. Production
will visit predefined cities around Europe during the year. Currently

StatusGlass Furnace Foundation is a schools of glass art and design
with workshop and boarding facilities which wants to start the proyect
"Designers´ Month For Glass Art in Istanbul". This is a multiannual
project which invites designers from all disciplines to design for glass.
Designers will be hosted in the boarding facilities of Glass Furnace
Foundation close to Istanbul for a month. Basic glass production techniques
will be reviewed with well-known trainers. Participants will be expected
to design objects of art or objects of use for glass. In following years
an award process will also be established.

Independent Professionals Association (IPA) aims at doing a documentary/artistic
photographic excursion and Europe-wide exhibition project named ‘A New
Family Member/A New Family Photo’ to accompany membership talks in culture
field and further during first years. The project will cover all countries
and cultures making the European Family and during its course would
provide vast number of opportunities for cultural dialogue for all EU
member and candidate countries. IPA and 4 European partners, Walkscreen
(Germany), Tempo Training&Consulting (Czech Republic), Institute Pre
Vzdelavanie (Slovakia), Promovega (Spain) will constitute the project
team. Under this project, 81 Turkish families from 81 cities of Turkey
will be photographed in their natural environments. They expect these
photographs carry a visual message that through mutual knowledge and
understanding of each other, exchange and dialogue, social integration
will be faster and easier. 81 families from 81 locations around Europe
will be photographed in the same way by 4 selected European photographers.
All photos will be merged into a wall-size poster.

ITALY
An Archive data base on Metastasio´s Opera in Eighteenth century wants
to start the project "Pietro Metastasio Poet of european cultural
unity" on September 2006/ending December 2010.It will include score´s
critical edition, historical essays concerning composers, literacy,
poets, painter, architects collaborating in performing italian opera
in XVIIIth century in whole Europe. It also includes multimedial products
realized on performations of these scores, and the books published.

SPAIN
The “Ensemble Nacional de Espańa de Música Contempránea” ENEMC is an
instrumental assembly formed by 17 soloist player exclusively dedicated
to perform, investigate and divulgate the most recent musical repertoire
composed during the XXth and present century, with an special motivation
to Spanish composers. From 01/09/2006-31/07/2007 the ENEMC EUROPEAN
TOUR includes the project to perform several programs of the Spanish
contemporary music at the Auditoria and Halls in the most important
cultural cities of Europe.

ADPM, Association for the protection of Mertola's heritage is preparing
a project to YOUTH programme accion 5.1.2. The main project objectives
are:
- To provide opportunities for youth workers and persons responsible
for youth organisations and other youth structures to share good practices
and working methods through activities such as seminars, workshops,
training courses, study visits and practical training (job shadowing).
- To develop sustainable contacts and networks between youth organisations
with the aim of continuous sharing of information and experience
Basiclly, the activities they intend to develop are blended (presencial
and electronic) work sections to exchange experiences and to develop
a network for cooperation with african countries. They intend to work
with some partners of theirs in Mozambique and Cabo Verde promoting
competences on eColaboration and Planning and Projects Development,
and they are looking for another EU partner. The dead line for this
proposal is 30th June.

Ethos is a social economy organisation (a social cooperative), located
in Piacenza. The project promotes the cooperation between local authorities
and youth NGOs both at a local level and at a transnational level on
the topic of youth participation to community life and youth policy
making process. The project has a strong impact on juvenile participation,
it contributes to the development of competences in the field of non-formal
education and it support transnational sharing of good practices, methodologies
and instruments. It develops many interrelated actions during a period
of two years, consisting of: transnational workshop within the project-partnership,

the competences of intermediate beneficiaries (for example: public employed
and social workers working with and for young people) in order to develop

The Woman Foundation of Cádiz City Council (south of Spain) is looking
for partners to carry out a project under the programme Daphne II. The
project focuses on actions and measures to prevent or to combat all
types of violence against women.

The European Project Departament of Municipality of Parma, is looking
for partners to carry out a project about the protection of local population
and the prevention of risks and damage to persons in case of emergency.
The action will be a combination of major project and workshop concerning
three main areas of major risks, including terrorist attacks and other
two areas will be defined between the partners involved. The project
aims to realise the above-mentioned objectives through the implementation
of the following actions:
1) Exchange of information, experience and lessons related to Civil
Protection
2) Risk assessment/risk management in the identified areas of common
concern to the three different countries involved in the project
3) Assessment methodologies to be used in the context of various types
of major emergencies: starting form the existing guidelines in the countries
involved in the project, operational recommendations should be drafted
4) Information to the public in order to increase citizens’ awareness
and information on safety behaviours in case of major risks in urban
areas.
It shoul be necessary to involve in hte project a Municipality, the
Civil Protection service or a similar body. The deadline is 06/07/2006.

is a non-profit organization that was set up in 1995. They are acting
to improve conditions political, economic, social and environmental
in Malta. They are interested to make a project in the frame of the
call for proposals concerning the fight against the social exclusion
named: VP/2006/012 National awareness raising actions on social inclusion
and social protection. They have noticed the below difficulty for the
population: The complexity of the pension system for working population
and self employed people. People are not informed of their rights in
this field, they do not know exactly how is plan their retirement. They
would like to:
- Make decision makers aware of the implications and complexity of the
pension system
- Inform population, raising awareness about the system and the preparedness
to the system
To achieve these goals, they would like to propose round table seminars,
a media campaign, press releases, a website and information leaflets.
